2. What data we collect
We process the data you provide voluntarily in the contact and course sign-up forms: your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. We also automatically collect technical data (IP address, device information) for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- performing the service or the course booking - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing of our own services and statistics - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for it to work and - with your consent - analytical cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing cookies. The latter include the Meta Pixel, a tool of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. that lets us measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your browser settings or blocking the cookies of these tools.
5. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to hosting and email providers and to analytical and advertising tools, solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services and on the basis of data processing agreements. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives the information that a form was submitted; the phone number and email address are passed on only as an irreversible hash (SHA-256), never as readable text.
6. Retention period
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the matter and for the period of limitation of any possible claims.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
