Will the chip be visible after the repair?
After the repair a faint, almost invisible mark remains - there is no technology that repairs a chip with no trace at all.
Can a chip be repaired in the rain?
Yes, but the repair then takes about 2 hours (the chip has to be dried out as well) and costs slightly more.
Does a chip have to be repaired straight away?
Yes - the sooner the better. An unrepaired chip grows over time, and then only a full replacement is left. After the repair the risk drops by 95%.
How long does the repair take?

How much does a repair cost and what does the price depend on?
A PDR repair starts from PLN 100 net. The final amount depends on the size and depth of the damage, its place on the body and how much work it takes to reach the panel from behind. Two dents that look alike can differ twofold in price precisely because of access.
Are the inspection and the quote paid for?
No. Looking the car over under the lamp, counting the dents and giving a price are free and commit you to nothing. The quote you get is binding - we do not change it during the work.
Will you give a price over the phone?
We can give a range, but a reliable quote means seeing the damage. The quickest way is to send two photos: the whole panel and a close-up at an angle, in side light. On that basis we can usually say whether a paintless repair is possible.
How soon will I get an appointment?
For small repairs usually within a few days, often the same week. After a bigger hailstorm in Warsaw the queue can be longer - then it is worth calling straight away rather than putting the decision off.
Can I pay by card and get an invoice?
Yes. We accept card, cash and bank transfer, and we issue the invoice to a company or to a private person - just say so when you hand the car over.

Where are you and do I need an appointment?
We work in Warsaw. Booking is advisable - that way the bay and the lighting are free for your slot and the repair starts as soon as you arrive. For the inspection alone you can drop in after calling ahead.
How long does a repair take and can I wait on site?
Most small repairs take from 30 minutes to 3 hours and you can wait for them. The car is left for longer only for a larger job, for example after hail or when the headliner has to come out.
Does the car need preparing before the visit?
It is enough for the damaged spot to be clean - a layer of dust makes assessment under the lamp harder. Nothing needs dismantling and no extra documents are needed.
What happens if it turns out on the spot that the repair is impossible?
We say so straight away, before starting work, and charge nothing. We usually then suggest what scope of work would be needed and what it really costs.
Do you come out to the customer?
For simple repairs it is possible. Harder finishing work comes out better in the workshop, because there we have constant, controlled light - and that is what decides whether the repair will be invisible.

What guarantee do you give on a repair?
A properly worked panel does not go back to its dented shape - the metal is brought back to the state it was in before the damage, not masked. We show the result at handover under the lamp and in daylight; if anything raises doubts, we correct it as part of the repair.
Will the repair be visible when I sell the car?
No. With the PDR method the paint is neither sanded nor reapplied, so a paint thickness gauge shows the factory value. Nor is any entry created in the repair history.
Do you settle the repair with the insurer?
Yes. We prepare damage documentation and an invoice in the form the insurer accepts. For hail claims, the dent map from the workshop is the basis of the assessor's valuation.
Will I get before and after photos?
Yes, on request. We take the photos from the same position and in the same light, so what you see is the real difference, not an effect of the framing.
Do you work with companies and fleets?
