1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the services and courses provided by Automax Detailing, Chełmżyńska 10f, 04-247 Warsaw, Poland.
2. Scope of services
Automax Detailing provides paintless dent removal (PDR), car restoration and detailing services, and organises vocational training. The exact scope and prices are agreed individually after inspecting the vehicle or in the course offer.
3. Bookings and course sign-ups
You can book through the form on this site, by phone or by email. We confirm the date of the service or course during working hours. The number of places on courses is limited.
4. Payments
The method and date of payment are agreed before the service or course begins. For courses, a deposit may be required to reserve a place.
5. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to automax.waw.pl@gmail.com. We review them within 14 days of receipt.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
Consumers have the rights granted by the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract, unless separate arrangements provide otherwise.
7. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by the Polish Civil Code and applicable legislation. These terms may be updated - the version published on this site applies.
